1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and REB 360 LIMITED ("Reb360", "we", "us"), governing your use of our website, investment offerings, events, and any related services (together, the "Services").

By enquiring about our investments, registering for an event, applying to become an ambassador, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or enter into any investment transaction with us.
  • If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
  • Our investment offerings are primarily intended for Nigerian residents and diaspora investors. It is your responsibility to ensure that investing through Reb360 is lawful in your country of residence.

3. Our investment services

Reb360 facilitates access to verified real estate investment opportunities in Nigeria, including land and property across different income classes. We provide:

  • Listings and information about available investment properties.
  • Documentation support, including Deed of Assignment, Allocation Letters, and survey documents.
  • Payment plan guidance and bank transfer instructions.
  • Introduction to our sales agents and acquisition team.

We are not a financial adviser. Nothing on our website or communicated by our team constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice before making any investment.

4. Investment transactions

  • All investment transactions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time before a signed agreement is executed.
  • Prices quoted on our website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in your investment documentation.
  • Payment must be made to the account details provided in your official investment documentation. Reb360 will not accept liability for payments made to unofficial or unverified accounts.
  • Fees and payment plans are set out in individual investment listings and agreed in writing with each investor.
  • All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Documentation and title

  • Upon completion of the agreed payment, we will issue the relevant property documentation as specified for each investment (e.g. Deed of Assignment, Allocation Letter, Registered Survey).
  • You are responsible for independently verifying and registering your title at the appropriate Land Registry.
  • Reb360 makes reasonable efforts to ensure all listed properties have clear and verifiable title, but you should conduct your own legal due diligence.

6. Events

  • Reb360 and its partners ("TEW Capital" and others) organise investment events, including the "Game of Money" series.
  • Attendance at events is subject to any specific terms communicated at the time of registration.
  • Event details, dates, and venues are subject to change. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes.
  • Reb360 is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees in connection with any event.

7. Ambassador programme

  • Individuals may apply to become Reb360 ambassadors to refer clients and promote our services.
  • Participation in the ambassador programme is subject to a separate agreement and any applicable commission terms communicated at the time of onboarding.
  • Ambassadors must not make representations about our investment products beyond what is contained in our official materials.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Misrepresent our investment offerings or make unauthorised claims about our products.
  • Share false or misleading information about Reb360 or our properties.
  • Attempt to access any part of our systems or data without authorisation.
  • Use our website content, branding, or materials without our prior written consent.

9. Your content

If you submit testimonials, reviews, or other content to us, you grant Reb360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing and communications.

10. Intellectual property

Our website, branding, photography, copy, and materials are owned by or licensed to Reb360. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Property values and investment returns are not guaranteed. Past performance and projected values are indicative only and are not a guarantee of future returns.
  • We are not responsible for changes in land use, government policy, or market conditions that may affect the value of any investment.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subject to that:

  • We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of anticipated returns.
  • Our total aggregate liability in connection with any investment transaction is limited to the fees actually paid by you to Reb360 in connection with that transaction.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
